Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and passionate Music Teacher with expertise in both vocal and instrumental music to join our institution. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, the ability to inspire students, and a deep understanding of music theory, performance, and pedagogy. The role involves teaching students of various age groups, guiding them in musical techniques, and fostering a love for music.Key Responsibilities:Teach and train students in vocal music (classical, contemporary, or both) and instrumental music (piano, guitar, violin, or other instruments).Develop and implement engaging music curricula tailored to different learning levels.Conduct individual and group lessons in vocal and instrumental music.Prepare students for school concerts, competitions, and recitals.Teach music theory, sight-reading, and ear training as part of the learning process.Integrate technology and digital music production tools into lessons when applicable.Maintain an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity.Provide constructive feedback and assist students in building confidence in their musical abilities.Collaborate with other educators to incorporate music into interdisciplinary projects.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Music, Vocal Performance, Music Education, or a related field.Proficiency in at least one primary instrument and strong vocal skills.Experience in teaching music to children and young adults.Knowledge of music theory, composition, and performance techniques.Strong communication and mentorship skills.
