About CloudLabs:CloudLabs Inc was founded in 2014 with the mission to provide exceptional IT & Business consulting services at a competitive price, to help clients realize the best value from their investments.Within a short span, CloudLabs evolved from pure-play consulting into a transformative partner for Business Acceleration Advisory, Transformative Application Development & Managed Services - enabling digital transformations, M&A transitions, Automation & Process-driven optimizations & complex Integration initiatives for enterprises across the globe.As a Strategic Planning & Implementation Partner for global companies, CloudLabs has seen a 200% uptake in winning high-value, high-impact and high-risk projects that are critical for the business.With offices in the US, Canada, Australia & India and with the team of 150+ experienced specialists, CloudLabs is now at an inflection point and ready for its next curve of progress.Please write/follow us here:Website: LinkedIn: CloudLabs Inc.Email: info@What we offer:We welcome candidates rejoining the workforce after career break/parental leave and support their journey to reacclimatize too corporate.Flexible remote work.Competitive pay package, leave benefits.Attractive vacation policy, medical insurance benefits, industry leading trainings, and other benefits.Education: Degree holder or above in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunication Engineering or related disciplineLocation: India only.Job type: India - Permanent Remote.Roles & Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy complex Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.Perform Salesforce config/admin activities using no code/low code tools.Design and develop Salesforce integrations with third-party systems.Perform Salesforce CPQ related configurations and customizations.Guide and mentor junior developers, Share knowledge among team members.Conduct code reviews for adherence to best practices for Salesforce development.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and PMs, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.Operate partially within US Eastern time zone to ensure appropriate alignment and coordination with the US-based teams.Skills required:Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with Salesforce CPQ and preferably exposure to Epicor CPQ.Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its declarative capabilities.Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Implementing Salesforce Integrations.In-depth understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules, Integration patterns and design patterns.Well versed in no-code/low-code tools such as custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, flows.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience with Salesforce change management and deployments (Visual Studio Code, GitHub version control, ANT, Change sets)Proven experience leading a team of Salesforce developers in a fast-paced environment is a plus.Experience with working on customization of (Javascript quote Calculator plugin).Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce CPQ Specialist are highly desirable.
