As an AI/ML Engineer specialising in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Prompt Engineering, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we leverage AI to enhance customer experiences.From designing AI-driven chatbots to optimising prompt-based interactions, this role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation. Your contributions will directly impact our LLM-powered knowledge-based chatbots and telephony AI call-handling services, empowering users with insightful, accurate information while driving business success.ResponsibilitiesDesign & Develop: Architect, develop, and deploy AI models focused on LLM and RAG to process and analyse property market data while improving chatbot and call-handling systems.Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine prompts to improve the accuracy and efficiency of AI outputs for various applications, including chatbots and telephony systems.Collaborate: Work closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to align AI performance with business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.Analyse & Iterate: Continuously monitor AI interactions, troubleshoot issues, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance performance.Innovate: Stay updated on advancements in AI technologies, LLMs, RAG, and conversational frameworks to incorporate best practices into our solutions.Integrate: Collaborate with the development team to integrate AI capabilities into our tech stack using Python, NestJS, NextJS, React, Azure, and MySQL.Test & Validate: Partner with dedicated QA resources to rigorously test AI systems, ensuring they meet and exceed project goals.Ownership: Take ownership of the chatbot service, providing technical recommendations to align with business strategies and future needs.Mentorship: Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.What You’ll BringProven experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, and RAG, with a portfolio or projects demonstrating expertise.Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with NestJS, NextJS, React, Azure, and MySQL.Knowledge of Microsoft Microservices and distributed systems architecture.Bonus: Proficiency in ReactJS or similar front-end frameworks and NestJS or similar back-end frameworks.Ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts into practical, user-focused solutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including QA and product managers.Excellent communication skills to bridge technical concepts with business needs.A keen interest in the property market and leveraging AI to solve industry-specific challenges.What We Offer• A collaborative team environment where your contributions shape cutting-edge AI solutions.• Opportunities to work on innovative AI projects that redefine customer interactions.• Competitive salary, benefits, and professional development opportunities.• Flexibility to work remotely or in-office, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.• Dedicated QA resources to support testing and validation of AI systems.About UsAt PropertyLoop, we’re redefining how businesses engage with their customers through AI.
