We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our our regional Asia Pacific Digital Service Center (DSC) as Product Specialist for Krones.digital products. This position is crucial for maintaining and expanding our customer relationships, as well as ensuring contract fulfillment and renewal. The DSC Product Specialist will work closely with various departments to ensure high customer satisfaction and an increasing retention rate in Asia Pacific. Someone comfortable with extensively traveling or relocating to Bangkok, Thailand. What are you in for? Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to the below: - · Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of digital products, organizational structure, and business processes. · Provide expert support to the Regional Sales team with product knowledge and insights. · Provide operational support to the Regional IOS Coordinator in all DSC-related activities. · Build and sustain a strong network in the global and regional organization. · Oversee regional customer activities, including existing contracts, current quotations, and support cases. · Identify business opportunities and enable Sales to create leads. · Assist showcasing solutions onsite, trade fairs, customer shows in collaboration with Sale. · Keep constant interaction with subscribed customers on feedback and experiences. · Coordinate actions in alignment with Sales and Digital Operations based on customer usage metrics. · Funnel feedback and requirements for digital products from customers to digital Product Management. · Serve as a key user for technical systems (i.e., P.O.S., Subscription Management Process). Direct experience with Krones lines will be preferred. · Degree in Business Administration or a related field. · 7-10 years of experience with building technology and facing clients. · Experience or exposure to sales consulting or any direct customer interface for at least 3+ years preferably in APAC region. · Proven ability to identify and capitalized on up-selling opportunities. · Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in a connected environment. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Excellent communication skills and the ability to actively maintain customer relationships. · Comfortable with extensively traveling (domestically and internationally) or relocating (on need basis) to Bangkok, Thailand.
