Job Title: Oracle Financial Functional Consultant Location: Noida Work Mode: Work from Office Relevant Experience Required: 8-12 Years Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure Oracle R12 Financial modules, including SCM (Sourcing and Procurement) ,General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting and Cash Management. Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system customization and enhancements. Provide expertise in financial process design and reengineering to improve business efficiency and compliance. Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Oracle R12 Financial modules. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of financial processes with other Oracle applications. Prepare and deliver user training and support documentation. Stay updated with Oracle R12 enhancements and new releases, advising on best practices and potential impacts. Assist in data migration and conversion activities related to financial data. Engage with business users to gather feedback and continuously improve financial processes. Preferred Skills experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules beyond Finance Familiarity with Oracle R12 reporting tools and BI applications. Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
