Job Description

Role (Why position exists) - Responsible for coordinating administrative and preventive maintenance procedures and systems for upkeep of existing infrastructures and setting up of new project sites. This role ensures that our retail stores, are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to efficient operations. Main Responsibilities : Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, electrical, maintenance and security. Maintenance of Electrical equipment’s. (Schedule of CM, PM). Timely completion of HOTO of New Stores and Refresh Stores, identifying snag List and following with EPC for completion. Execute HSE Policy and ensuring timely completion of HSE Audit observation points at stores under scope, Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all physical facilities including retail stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices. Develop and implement facility management policies, procedures, and strategies. Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility-related projects including renovations, relocations, and new store openings. Store Compliance of DG, VT & Waste oil of the respective cluster Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for facility-related services and projects. Ensure preventive maintenance and upkeep of LT Panel, DG Set, ATS System, AMF Panel, Chiller plant, Metal deactivator, Fire equipments like Fire Pump, Extinguisher, Sprinkler, Smoke detector, MCP, UPS, Inverter, Package unit AC,CCTV. Ensure SLA/TAT are followed by vendors as per terms and condition of contract Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers, vendors, and contractors. Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and maintain strong vendor relationships. Conduct regular reviews of vendor performance and address any issues promptly. Managing budgets and ensuring cost effectiveness. Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health, security standards. Overseeing new and existing projects, renovations or refurbishments. Ensuring that basic facilities are well maintained and conducting proactive maintenance. Ensuring that existing facilities are operating as it should be on daily basis. Create plans for replacements and repairs. Developing and managing existing and new vendors. Setting up and improving processes that facilitate everyday operations. Monitoring and managing the major assets within the workplace to ensure maximum return on investment.
