Position: Manager, Alliances & Partnerships (E-commerce - Gifting) Reporting to : Chief Marketing Officer Location: Gurgaon CTC: up to 25 LPA Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Manager, Alliances & Partnerships to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building successful partnerships and alliances within the e-commerce gifting industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and managing key partnerships that will drive revenue growth, increase market share and enhance our brand. Job Responsibilities: - Managing and growing our business partnership and aligning our business goals. - On- board new partners, agencies, and direct clients. Integrate with their systems, launch campaigns, and analyze performance. - Upsell existing partners and maintain relationships with key contacts across the world. - Communicate new features and products available to set of a clients. - Partner with the accounting team to generate invoices and ensure swift payment. - Track and measure all client conversations and analyze trends across clients. - Closely work with the management team toward conceptualizing and building the right product strategies. - Work on strategic partnerships to help the product scale further. - Actively look out for new opportunities in the space and incorporate the same into our products. - Clear understanding of Web, Affiliate, and Mobile advertising space. Requirement : Good Communication skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Highly self-directed and resourceful with the ability to work independently, while also being a productive team player. Demonstrate accountability and ownership over duties. Demonstrate the ability to communicate and collaborate successfully across diverse organizations and personnel Minimum 3-5 years of experience in partnership management or business development within the e-commerce gifting industry. Proven track record of successfully identifying, developing and managing strategic partnerships. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in data analysis, reporting, and insights. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
