Key Responsibilities : Monitor and regulate actual sales data against the budgeted numbers on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure sales targets are met. Ensure projection vs. actual sales data is available on time. Timely submission of sales reports, including industry scenario, share of business, and industry highlights. Regular updates on budget vs. actual sales performance. Coordinate with Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, and Materials departments through the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process. Execute and control customer orders according to the schedule, collaborating with relevant departments. Minimize sales losses through effective coordination and planning. Update reports on Indian and global economic developments. Analyze the financial results of competitors, car manufacturers, and major auto component manufacturers. Ensure timely updates on results and economic trends. Utilize sales forecasting techniques and MS Office tools for effective planning and reporting. Prepare regular reports on projections vs. actual sales, customer order management, and industry updates. Assist the Department Head of Sales & Marketing in the timely completion of the annual and monthly sales plans. Help finalize annual and monthly sales targets.
