About the role: As a Project Manager you will bridge the management objectives with project execution, ensuring strategic direction for the MES team. You’ll establish governance frameworks, manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensure adherence to standards. Your role includes overseeing change management, driving project success, and keeping leadership informed on progress. Additionally, you will identify training needs, implement control guidelines, and escalate critical issues when needed. Align project goals with business strategy Lead project execution, scope, and resource management Ensure compliance with standards and governance frameworks Oversee change management and team training initiatives Communicate progress and escalate issues when necessary You Bring (Experience + Qualification): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field; 5+ years of experience as Project Manager; Demonstrated experience managing IT projects within industry settings and leading software development teams; Fluency in English; Proficient in programming languages (Java or equivalent), databases (Oracle), and operating systems (Windows, Linux); Strong customer focus with a confident and professional presence; Independent, organized, and responsible work style with excellent analytical skills; Effective communication abilities and a willingness to travel; Experience in the steel / aluminum or process industries is a plus.
