Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager – Digital Marketing to lead the branding, positioning, and digital marketing initiatives of our sugar business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Brand Management: Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen the company’s presence in the Sugar and FMCG sector. Oversee packaging, design, and positioning of sugar products to align with consumer preferences. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation. Collaborate with sales teams to drive brand awareness and market penetration. Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and influencer collaborations. Manage the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop engaging content strategies to drive traffic, customer engagement, and brand advocacy. Optimize website performance and implement e-commerce strategies for direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales. Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital analytics platforms. Advertising & Public Relations: Work with agencies and internal teams to develop and execute impactful digital and offline advertising campaigns. Manage brand collaborations and sponsorships to enhance visibility. Handle PR activities, including media relations and press releases, to build brand credibility and positive public perception. Consumer Engagement & CRM: Develop loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives to improve brand recall and customer retention. Utilize data analytics to understand consumer behavior and refine marketing strategies accordingly. Implement digital tools such as chatbots and AI-driven insights to enhance customer interaction and feedback collection. Key Requirements: Education: MBA/PG in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 10+ years of experience in Brand Management and Digital Marketing, preferably in the FMCG or food sector. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and analytics. Proven experience in social media management, paid advertising, and influencer marketing. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage external agencies. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the Indian sugar industry and FMCG branding. Experience in handling e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C websites. Creative mindset with the ability to drive innovative marketing campaigns.
