Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Head of IT & Digital Transformation to lead the IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data science, AI integration, ERP implementation, and business analytics for our organization. The role requires a visionary leader with expertise in IT-driven business growth, automation, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities & KPIs : Strategic Responsibilities 1. Digital Strategy : Developing IT Strategy for Group to ensure business continuity, customer connect & technology readiness of the group on a continual basis. KPI: Customer connect by ensuring UX of customer to feedback. CAPEX cost savings. 2. IT Infrastructure Management : a) Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including hardware, networks, servers, and support systems. KPI: Successful implementation of IT infrastructure as per roadmap. Achievement of scalability benchmarks. System performance improvements in key areas. b) Managing IT Hardware Lifecycle (Procurement, Maintenance, and Decommissioning) KPI: Timely procurement and setup of required hardware within 30 days. Reduction in hardware failure rates by 15%. Strong procurement of outdated hardware, ensuring appropriate controls. Inventory management accuracy above 98%. No cyberattacks & improvement in organizational systems/security. 3. Cyber security Develop and institutionalize a robust cyber security system & framework to protect the organization from cyber-attacks by constantly evaluating the external environment. KPI: No or zero incidents based on intelligence from data architecture. Quality of statistical & data science tools. Depth of insights for decision-making. 4. Data Science for Insight-Based Business Scalability & Architecture a) To integrate the science of data management into data architectures to facilitate insight-based decision-making by readily providing reports, dashboards, insights of customers, markets, and other stakeholders to track information for business intelligence and insight-based decision-making. KPI: No.of decisions based on intelligence from data architecture. Quality of statistical & data science tools Depth of Insights for Decision making b) Define and execute data governance, data quality, and security standards. KPI: Achievement of 95%+ data quality (based on defined completeness, correctness, and consistency). Compliance with data security regulations (e.g., GDPR). Data governance process adoption across 100% of business units. c) Ensuring Smooth Integration of ERP with Existing Systems (CRM, HRMS, Financial Systems, etc.) KPI: Successful integration with no more than 5% disruption to business operations. Real-time data sync between systems achieved Reduced manual data entry time by 25%. 5. AI/Gen AI Applications for Automation & Role Rationalization a) Identify and implement AI/Gen AI applications to automate routine manual touch points and improve operational efficiency. KPI: Successful implementation of AI tools in at least 3 departments within the first year. Reduction in manual task time by 40%. Business Analytics: a) Lead the development and implementation of business analytics and dashboards for key decision-making across departments. Increased accuracy of business forecasts (> 90% accuracy). b) Use data-driven insights to guide the companys strategic direction, improving operational efficiencies. Experience: 15-20 years of IT leadership experience, including digital strategy, AI, ERP, and cybersecurity. Expertise in data science for business intelligence and decision-making. Technical Skills: IT strategy development and execution. AI-based automation and analytics. Data-driven decision-making frameworks. Advanced cybersecurity measures.
