QA Automation Experience: Proficient in QA automation using Selenium WebDriver and Java , essential for developing and executing automated test scripts. Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an Agile environment. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to troubleshoot issues and ensure software quality. Frontend Technology Knowledge: Solid understanding of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript , to perform thorough testing. Good knowledge of HTTP protocol is an added advantage. Test Strategy Implementation: Ability to perform testing based on a defined Test Strategy and communicate progress effectively. Test Documentation: Experience creating and maintaining test documentation, such as test plans, test cases , and test data. Performance Testing: The capability to conduct performance and load testing as needed to ensure software efficiency under various conditions would be an added advantage. Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with industry best practices, emerging tools, and technologies in QA automation. Qualifications: Experience: 4-7 years of Professional experience. Educational Background: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Engineering.
