This role requires a strong focus on customer retention, relationship building, and revenue growth from current clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with key clients across Pharma, Frozen Food, Chemical, Dairy, and Quick Commerce sectors. Ensure contract renewals by maintaining high customer satisfaction and service levels. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise account value. Conduct regular in-person client meetings to understand needs , resolve issues, and strengthen relationships. Develop strategies to increase business share and achieve 3x growth from the same customer within one year. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and implement retention strategies . Qualifications & Skills 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success. Proven track record of retaining key accounts and driving revenue growth. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Ability to identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
