It has come a long way since and today the company excels in Civil Construction, Bridge Works, Track Works, Steel Fabrication, Mobile Flash Butt Welding and manufacturing of engineering components for Railways.Ideal candidate should have similar work experience of minimum 12 to 15+ years worked in Infrastructure / Construction / Heavy Engineering.Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the boosting and launching of girders in bridge and structural projects. Ensure proper alignment, lifting, and positioning of girders using cranes and other lifting equipment. Coordinate with site engineers, crane operators, and workers to ensure safe and efficient execution. Monitor the structural integrity and load calculations before and during girder launching. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising during the launching process. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all lifting and launching operations. Maintain records of girder erection, launching progress, and any deviations from the plan. Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely completion of the work.Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Hands-on experience in handling double girder and semi-gantry cranes. Strong knowledge of launching techniques, lifting gear, and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and load calculations. Problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting onsite issues. Experience in working with high-capacity production setups (e.g., 5000 Metric Ton capacity).CTC : Best as per industry standards.Position will be based at Project Site,OdishaLocation.
