If you are passionate about climate action and eager to contribute meaningfully, Gaialink is the place to start.Internship RolesWe are looking for motivated individuals to join us in the following areas:Founder’s Office – Operations Management: Support the core team in managing projects, coordinating key initiatives, and improving internal processes.Founder’s Office – Team Management: Assist in onboarding, engaging, and managing interns and volunteers across different projects.Social Media Interns (for Gaialink & Partner Projects): Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to amplify climate action efforts.Digital Marketing Interns (for Partner Projects): Contribute to campaign execution, SEO strategies, email marketing, and digital engagement.Graphics Interns: Design compelling visuals for social media, reports, presentations, and outreach campaigns.Content Strategist / Storytelling Interns: Develop narratives, articles, blogs, and newsletters that drive awareness and engagement in climate action.Business Development – Strategic Partnerships (for Gaialink & Partner Projects): Identify and build collaborations with corporates, NGOs, and startups aligned with our mission.Human Resource Interns: Support the human resources department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.Journalism/Video Production Intern : Support our initiatives and interview series by creating compelling multimedia content.Who Should Apply?Undergraduate, postgraduate, or fresh graduates looking to work on real climate action projects.Individuals eager to be part of a growing sustainability-driven community and engage with industry leaders.Those willing to commit a minimum of 3-6 months to gain meaningful experience and make a tangible contribution.What’s in It for You?A hands-on learning experience—work directly on sustainability projects, not just theoretical exercises.Be part of a community of 100+ experts, activists, and impact-driven professionals.Networking & mentorship—monthly meetups to engage, learn, and connect with sustainability leaders.Recognition for your work—Experience Letter & Letter of Recommendation (LoR) from Gaialink and the startups you collaborate with.Future opportunities—Paid Internships/Full-time roles directly with partner startups after six months of working with us.Note: While this is an unpaid opportunity, it offers immense learning, industry exposure, and a chance to contribute to real climate action.What It’s Like to Work with UsAt Gaialink, we work in dynamic, flexible teams, free from rigid hierarchies.
