Opening for a reputed Multi-National client:Position: EHS Assessor (Freelance position on Man-days basis)Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experienceMust have experience in Steel/Cement IndustryMinimum Requirement:Education:Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical and Environmental EngineeringPDIS, ADIS NEBOSH Diploma or any other specialization course in EHS field equivalent to PDIS, ADIS NEBOSH Diploma.Work experience in, Large continuous process industry, Tata Steel, BP-Castrol, NOCIL, Heidelberg Cement, will be preferred. Working in international companies will be added advantage Having 2-4 years auditing experience (internal audit or external audit) is preferable.Strong exposure in EHS advisory and auditing or in EHS project implementation on-siteConducting training on Train the Trainers in various EHS standards Candidates with good communication skills, report preparation, computer savvy (to take up assessments remotely), Having experience in conducting assessments or audits with ISO 45001/ISO 14001 standard requirementsJob Description: Carry out EHS assessments (on-site & remote) on customized protocols as per customer’s requirements. Play a role of team leader with good client management skills. Perform assessment as per scope of the project and provide detailed summary with SWOT analysis. Have strong technical domain / process knowledge with Indian regulatory acts and rules related to Industry and EHS. Conduct walk-through assessment to capture effectiveness / deviations in implementation of EHS standards. Analyze effectiveness of implementation of customer EHS guidelines including management commitment and role of leadership.
