Job Title : Technical Project Manager – AMS (Application Management system) Primary skills:.Net technologies, Project and Incident Management for AMS projects Location : Hyderabad Experience : 12+ yearsResponsibilities Project management: Plan, execute, and manage application support projects, focusing on .NET technologies. Oversee incident, problem, change, and release management processes for supported applications. Ensure compliance with SLAs, including uptime, response time, and resolution time. Collaborate with clients to define and document requirements, priorities, and expectations. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process optimizations. Manage resource allocation and ensure the team is adequately trained on .NET technologies and tools. Monitor and report project performance metrics, including MTTR, ticket trends, and SLA compliance. Incident management: Act as the Incident Manager to oversee the resolution of critical incidents impacting business operations. Coordinate with the L2/L3 teams, development teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure quick resolution. Communicate effectively with stakeholders during high-severity incidents, providing timely updates and post-resolution summaries. Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents and ensure implementation of preventive actions. Establish and maintain escalation protocols for unresolved or recurring issuesRequirements Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Project management skills to deliver solutions on time and within budget. Up-to-date knowledge of cloud services and best practices. B.Tech/ B.E/ MCA/ M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent (FULL TIME) having 12+ yrs of total IT experiences. 3- 5 years of working experience on managing application management support projects. 5+ years of relevant experience in project management. Strong Knowledge of .NET technologies, including , MVC, C#, Web API, and related frameworks. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and traditional project management approaches. Hands-on experience managing critical incidents and driving RCA and corrective actions. Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira), monitoring tools, and ITSM processes. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Previous experience in the insurance industry. Professional certification (PMP) preferred. ITIL/ITSM certification for incident and service management will be a plus.
