This role requires strong English proficiency to communicate efficiently with global clients and suppliers.Key Responsibilities✅ Client & Order ManagementCommunicate fluently in English with international clients, ensuring smooth collaboration.Manage bulk production orders and ensure timely execution.Coordinate with designers, buyers, and Internal factory to align production schedules.Provide real-time updates to clients regarding production progress.✅ Product Development & SourcingWork closely with fabric and trim suppliers to source high-quality materials.Collaborate with the design team to ensure the best selection of fabrics and finishes.Ensure all production materials align with budget and quality expectations.✅ Production Coordination & Quality AssuranceMonitor production progress and provide detailed reports in English to clients.Work with the quality control team to ensure finished products meet specifications.Troubleshoot delays, defects, or last-minute design changes efficiently.✅ Market & Trend AnalysisStay updated on fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.Recommend new product ideas and innovations to improve our offerings.✅ Negotiation & Cost ManagementNegotiate pricing with suppliers and vendors to optimize cost-effectiveness.Ensure that profit margins remain competitive while maintaining quality standards.Qualifications & Skills
