Job Description : Role : Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence Specialist Responsibilities : - Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing analytics strategy utilizing SFMC Intelligence to support business objectives. - Provide thought leadership on data-driven marketing practices and emerging trends in marketing analytics. - Partner with senior leadership to translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions. - Architect, implement, and maintain complex SFMC Intelligence workspaces, data streams, and dashboards. - Design and implement advanced data modeling and transformation processes within SFMC Intelligence. - Develop and maintain custom connectors and data integrations between SFMC Intelligence and other data sources (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, social media platforms). - Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and performance issues within SFMC Intelligence. - Optimize SFMC Intelligence performance for large-scale data processing and reporting. - Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends. - Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using SFMC Intelligence and other visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing effectiveness. - Create and deliver presentations to communicate complex data findings to stakeholders at all levels. - Setup and utilize advanced calculated dimensions and measures within SFMC Intelligence. - Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency. - Implement data quality checks and validation processes within SFMC Intelligence. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, processes, and configurations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to understand their data needs. - Provide training and support to users on SFMC Intelligence and other analytics tools. - Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stake holders. - Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices for marketing analytics and SFMC Intelligence. Required Skills & Experience : - 12 years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama). - Extensive experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes. - Advanced proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages. - Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. - Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Experience with APIs and data integrations. - Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are highly desirable. - Experience in predictive analytics and machine learning is a plus. - Deep understanding of marketing attribution models. - Experience with multi-touch attribution. - Experience with journey analytics. - Experience with API integrations and webhooks related to SFMC Qualifications : - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification. - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence Consultant Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
