Interview Mode: Face to Face Interview Interview Venue: HCL TECH, Sholinganallur ELCOT campus, Tower 4, Chennai-119 Interview Time: 11:30AM - 2PM Contact HR: Pradeep / Vinoth Note: (B.E/B.Tech/Engineering/Tech Graduates, MCA/MSc are Not eligible to apply) ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurers to follow up on claims and payments. Investigate and resolve issues with denied or underpaid claims. Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions. Conduct pre and post call analysis, documentation, and take appropriate actions to resolve tasks at first contact. Update account-wise customer interactions daily. Achieve critical performance targets. Ensure efficiency in line with performance targets and process guidelines. Identify problems and document business requirements using industry knowledge and tools. Follow client process workflows and HCL policy guidelines. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: Strong verbal and written communication skills Focus on delivering a positive customer experience Should possess active listening skills Good data entry & typing skills Ability to multitask.
