Job Title – Service Eng/ Assistant Service Manager/ Service Manager (Multiple Positions) Job Location – Mumbai Qualification – BTech/Diploma in mechanical Engineering/ Science Graduate Experience - 2-16 years in AHU/HVAC Industry (role depends of experience) CTC Budget – 4.2 LPA-8.5 LPA (depends on experience) Industry – AHU/HVAC Manufacturing Company Key responsibilities: Timely execution of Air Handling Unit (AHU) assemblies, prompt responses to service calls, and effective coordination among intra-office teams. The role involves engaging with key customers to address critical complaints, submitting spare parts and service quotations on time, and conducting root cause analyses of field complaints. Additionally, the manager will select assembly contractors that add value to the company’s brand, manage commercial activities such as bill processing and payment collections, and train service personnel to meet quality standards. Regular operational reviews will be conducted to identify improvement areas, while effective inventory management will ensure essential tools are maintained. The role also includes defining Key Result Areas (KRAs) for performance evaluation and collecting customer feedback to enhance overall satisfaction.
