Client Relationship Manager (CRM) Position Overview: We are looking for a friendly, approachable, and dedicated Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. This role is vital in helping maintain strong, positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction at every step of their journey with us. From managing orders to offering ongoing support, you will play a key part in making sure our clients feel valued and heard. Key Responsibilities: Order and Lead Management: Follow up with clients on their orders and ensure all their needs are met with care and attention. Keep clients informed throughout the order process, ensuring they are happy with each stage. After-Sales Support: Provide continued support to clients after the sale, ensuring their experience is positive and they’re satisfied with the product or service. Gently ask clients for feedback to help improve our offerings and service. Client Query Resolution: Respond to any questions or concerns from clients promptly and with understanding. Be the go-to person for resolving any issues and ensure they are handled with care or escalated to the right team when necessary. Product and Service Guidance: Help clients understand and make the most of our products and services, offering clear information and assistance whenever needed. Be available to guide clients through any part of the process, from order placement to payment. Complaint Handling: Act as a caring point of contact for any complaints, offering empathy and working towards a positive resolution. Ensure any unresolved issues are passed along to the appropriate team, so they can be addressed promptly. Building Relationships: Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported. Keep clients up to date and maintain consistent, positive communication throughout their journey with us. Proactive Support: Stay ahead of potential concerns by addressing them before they become issues, ensuring our clients feel supported and satisfied. Key Skills and Qualifications: Friendly and Approachable: A warm, positive attitude when dealing with clients, especially when resolving concerns. Clear Communication: The ability to express yourself clearly and confidently, both in writing and speaking, with clients and colleagues. Effective Follow-up: A strong attention to detail and the ability to follow up in a gentle and respectful manner to ensure clients’ needs are always met. Proactive and Helpful: An ability to think ahead and take action to prevent problems, showing care and support at every step. Knowledgeable about Products: A solid understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients.
