We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Cluster Head to oversee and drive the performance of our store and franchise operations in Rajkot and Udaipur. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, revenue growth, and an exceptional customer experience across all assigned locations. Role & Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the operations of multiple bakery stores and franchise outlets within the assigned cluster. Act as the primary point of contact for all store managers and franchise partners, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards. Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Ensure that all stores meet company standards in terms of hygiene, quality, service, and compliance. Coach and mentor store managers to improve leadership skills and store performance. Conduct regular store visits and audits to identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures. Monitor and analyze sales performance, P&L, and key business metrics, taking proactive steps to optimize profitability. Drive local marketing initiatives to increase footfall, sales, and brand visibility. Support franchise/store partners with training, business planning, and problem resolution. Work closely with the corporate team to align store-level strategies with overall business objectives. Identify and implement best practices across locations to enhance efficiency and customer experience. Identify new locations and potential franchise partners to expand Kabhi B’s presence in key markets and drive strategic growth. Qualifications & Experience: 3+ years of experience in retail, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or multi-unit store management. Proven P&L management experience with a track record of improving revenue and cost efficiencies. Strong understanding of store operations, customer experience, and sales performance drivers. Ability to analyze data, create actionable insights, and drive performance improvements. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Comfortable working in dynamic environments with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Preferred: Experience in the bakery, FMCG, or food retail industry. What’s in It for You?
