Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to clients and media professionals for coordination. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and clients. Provide accurate information regarding PR campaigns and company services. Follow up with clients and media partners to ensure seamless execution of projects. Maintain records of conversations and update databases regularly. Handle inbound queries and professionally resolve client concerns. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or client communication. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
