As a Buyer, you will play a critical role in selecting, negotiating, and sourcing products across multiple categories, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer demands.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute purchasing strategies to optimize product assortment and sales performance. Identify new product opportunities and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers. Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer preferences to make informed buying decisions. Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, availability, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and store teams to enhance product visibility and promotions. Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and supply chain efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and category objectives. Stay updated on retail trends, competitive analysis, and emerging brands.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of experience in buying, merchandising, or procurement (retail or travel retail preferred). Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in inventory management and data analysis tools.
