This role plays a key part in ensuring a productive and positive workplace culture. And also have exposure of digital marketing (Maintaining Company Social Media Channels).Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionDevelop job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assist in hiring decisions. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs. Maintaining company social media channels with company achievements and promotionsEmployee Relations & Performance ManagementHandle employee concerns and grievances professionally. Monitor and enhance employee engagement and workplace morale. Oversee performance appraisal processes and career development programs.HR Policies & ComplianceEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Maintain employee records and handle documentation efficiently. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Conduct employee workshops on HR policies, workplace ethics, and productivity.Payroll & Benefits AdministrationAssist in payroll processing and employee benefits management. Address employee queries related to compensation, leaves, and benefits.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in HR roles. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
