Operational ManagementOversee daily operations of the Electric & Maintenance division.Manage and allocate resources (human, material, and financial) effectively.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.C. Technical OversightProvide technical guidance to engineers and technicians.Supervise the design, development, and execution of electrical and maintenance projects.Ensure all electrical and maintenance work adheres to industry standards.D. Stakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.Communicate effectively to address stakeholder needs and expectations.Ensure responsiveness to stakeholder feedback and concerns.E. Financial ManagementManage the division's budget and ensure financial targets are met.Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with corporate policies.Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.F. Reporting and CompliancePrepare and submit regular reports to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance requirements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.The resource will be responsible for preparing reports per the applicable work manual and government guidelines.This responsibility will continue until a full-time Deputy General Manager (Electric & Maintenance) or another officer with the requisite expertise is appointed.Upon appointment, the resource shall assist the designated officer in carrying out these tasks.
