Technical Skills: Strong technical background in telecommunications, cloud computing, and software development. 3. CPaaS Platform Experience: Experience with CPaaS platforms preferred. 4. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues. 5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have: 1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in a CPaaS or telecommunications environment. 2. Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. 3. DevOps: Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes. 4.
