Interview mode : Remote Salary - 25 Lakhs per Annum Position Type: Contract Remote Work: 100%Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Senior Salesforce Developer at Client Location. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Salesforce development and customization for direct client projects.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, and developcustom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flowacross Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom apps. Build robust,fault-tolerant, and distributed integrationsbetween Salesforce and external systems using REST, Platform Events, CDC, and Streaming APIs. Lead and implementmulti-org/multi-cloud Salesforce strategiesensuring secure and scalable data access and performance. Develop and maintaincomplex Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs , future methods, queueables, and schedulable logic. LeverageLightning Web Componentsto build responsive, reusable, and high-performance UI experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understandcore sales and marketing processes , including lead management, pipeline tracking, quoting, and order workflows. ApplySalesforce architectural best practices , design patterns, and performance optimizations including governor limit handling, query optimization, and caching strategies. EnsureCI/CD automation and DevOps best practicesare integrated into development workflows (e.g., SFDX, Git, Scratch Orgs, unlocked packages). Contribute to thedesign of enterprise security , data access policies, and enforcement of FLS, OWD, and Apex sharing models.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of software engineering experience with at least5+ years on the Salesforce platform . Deep experience withApex (including triggers, batch, queueables, schedulables)and Salesforce custom development. Advanced knowledge ofLightning Web Components (LWC)and component communication patterns (parent-child, pub-sub, wire/adapters). Familiarity withSalesforce architectureincluding Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and AppExchange products. Demonstrated success indesigning integrationsusingREST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, External Services . Strong experience inJavaScript , and proficiency inJava, Node.js, or Pythonfor external services and integrations. Hands-on experience withSFDX , scratch orgs, andSalesforce DevOps pipelines . Understanding ofSalesforce data model, sharing & visibility rules, and security architecture . Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills acrossperformance, scalability, and asynchronous processing . Ability to work independently, lead technical initiatives, and contribute in a remote/distributed team environment.
