Job Title: PMO Head – Nsure Product Implementation Location: (Coimbatore) Experience: 15+ years Industry: Insurance Technology / InsurTech Role Overview: We are seeking a PMO Head for Nsure Product Implementation to own and manage multiple implementations concurrently across different geographies. This role is responsible for defining governance frameworks, driving execution excellence, and ensuring seamless, on-time, and high-quality deployment of the Nsure platform for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing large-scale, multi-country implementations in the ASEAN and Middle East insurance markets . Key Responsibilities: Own & Oversee Multiple Implementations: Manage and drive the successful execution of multiple concurrent Nsure implementations across various regions. Multi-Country Program Management: Lead the deployment of Nsure in ASEAN and Middle East markets , ensuring regional compliance and alignment with client needs. Implementation Governance & Standardization: Establish standardized processes, frameworks, and best practices to ensure repeatable, scalable, and efficient project execution. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Support), and external partners. Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks across multiple projects, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure quick resolution of implementation challenges. Resource & Budget Management: Optimize resource allocation across various implementations, ensuring effective utilization and cost efficiency. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Define key KPIs and success metrics to measure implementation efficiency and continuously improve execution strategies. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Drive continuous enhancements in project execution methodologies using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches . Leadership & Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing PMO team , ensuring strong execution capabilities and knowledge sharing. Key Requirements: 15+ years of experience in PMO leadership, enterprise software implementation, or insurance technology rollouts . Proven track record in managing multiple, large-scale implementations simultaneously . Strong expertise in insurance domain processes (policy administration, underwriting, claims, compliance). Extensive experience in multi-country deployments , particularly in ASEAN and the Middle East . Hands-on experience with project governance, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation . Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment . Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent). PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe certification is an added advantage.
