Job : O365/Intune Engineers Summary: The Microsoft O365/Intune Engineers are responsible for overall O365 & Intune administration, engineering and support of the 7 ELEVEN enterprise tenant operating as a tower within IT Infrastructure & Network Services. This role is responsible for implementing and supporting O365 services, technologies, processes, roadmap and strategy that is positively impactful to the enterprise productivity. The O365 team will be accountable for 10,000+ employee’s computing and mobile devices for corporate and remote users. This role will lead daily support and ongoing improvement opportunities for the Office 365 toolset as well as collaboration solutions, Responsibilities : Design, implement, and optimize O365 and Intune solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational requirements Deploy Azure AD Environments. Deploy advanced Microsoft 365 Services including Enterprise and Mobility Develop and troubleshoot Intune policies for security, compliance, and configuration profiles across various platforms, including iOS/iPadOS &Android. Leverage PowerShell scripting to automate repetitive tasks across M365 and Intune environments. Architect Office/Microsoft 365 Service Environments Maintenance of On-Premise and Azure Active Directory environments including Group Policies Deployment of Infrastructure improvements on Client environments Assist in maintaining and deploying other Client applications and environments Leading initiatives for researching and deploying new applications Implementation and delivery of IT Projects for Clients Coordinating various IT Staff and Operations Assist in managing Support Services and related deliverables Working with End-Users and Vendors to support applications and environments Working with Client Stakeholders on strategy and vision Meeting regularly with Clients and attend Client meetings and engaging Executive Management Supporting Client initiatives remotely and on-premise Routine network maintenance in various Microsoft environments Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and experience Experience Requirements: 10+ years of overall work experience Microsoft O365, Intune, and Collaboration Services experience a plus. Azure knowledge and experience is a plus. Experience leading leaders is a plus. Skill Requirements: Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applications Excellent communication skills and the ability to research and resolve issues Proficient knowledge in computer hardware and software systems and remote support Excellent understanding of intra-department functions and operations Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
