Talent Acquisition: Source candidates for senior roles mainly through Linkedin and Head Hunting Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements. Job Posting & Screening: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Interviewing: Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and expectations. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market trends. Offer Management: Negotiate offers, handle candidate queries, and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain transparency and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in ATS or other systems. Prepare regular recruitment metrics and reports for management review. Preferred candidate profile MBA / PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5 to 10 years experience in recruitment in non-IT domains. Sourcing for only leadership roles with min. CTC of 50 Lakhs+ Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
