Location:  Kolkata, West Bengal Employment Type:  Full-time/Part-time About the Role: Learning Spiral Limited is seeking experienced AWS Trainers (4 Senior & 6 Junior)  to train 10,000 college-level students  as part of ongoing contracts with government institutes. Th ese volumes  are expected to scale to 50,000 students  in the coming years as part of long term contracts. Trainers will be responsible for delivering high-quality training  on AWS services and platform using AWS Skill Builder paid subscription  as study material. Responsibilities: ● Deliver structured training sessions on AWS topics to college students from CS, Electronics, Engineering, and Software fields. ● Provide hands-on guidance and real-world applications of AWS services. ● Adapt AWS Skill Builder course content to suit classroom engagement. ● Conduct assessments, monitor student progress, and provide feedback. ● Stay updated with AWS developments and industry best practices. ● Collaborate with other trainers to ensure comprehensive topic coverage.Requirements: For Senior Trainers (4 positions): ● Experience:  7+ years in AWS training or industry experience. ● Expertise:  Must specialize in at least one of the following: o Cloud Administration o DevOps o Machine Learning (ML) o Security o Generative AI ● Strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure and hands-on experience in relevant AWS services. ● Previous experience in classroom training or corporate training is preferred.For Junior Trainers (6 positions): ● Experience:  2-4 years in AWS training or relevant industry experience. ● Basic to intermediate expertise in at least one AWS domain. ● Passion for teaching and mentoring students.Training Topics to be Covered: ● Cloud Infrastructure on AWS ● Machine Learning & AI on AWS ● Generative AI on AWS ● DevOps on AWS ● Cloud Security on AWSPreferred Qualifications: ● AWS Certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Security, AWS Certified Machine Learning, etc.). ● Experience in academic settings or training institutions is required.Why Join Us? ● Exclusive training to be provided by AWS on using AWS Skill Builder to deliver high quality training. ● Be part of an impactful government-backed initiative. ● Opportunity to train 10,000+ students  in Phase 1 and contribute to scaling up to 50,000 students  in the future. ● Work with structured AWS-provided study material. ● Collaborate with a team of expert AWS professionals.How to Apply: Interested candidates based in Kolkata  or willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
