The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and highly skilled in building partnerships, creating innovative recruitment strategies, and driving business growth. This role is pivotal in expanding Univive’s presence and ensuring we stay competitive in the global student recruitment market. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Vision: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to expand Univive's presence in South India and increase international student enrolment. Conduct thorough market research to stay informed on educational trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in South India. Continuously refine and adapt strategies to ensure Univive maintains a competitive edge in the global student recruitment landscape. Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with universities, educational consortia, and recruitment agencies in South India to support international student recruitment. Manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with Univive’s business goals. Strengthen relationships with educational agents, universities, and stakeholders to drive growth in student enrolments. Sales and Marketing: Create and execute tailored sales and marketing strategies to promote Univive’s services to students and educational partners in South India. Develop marketing materials, attend industry events, and deliver presentations to increase brand visibility and student engagement. Leverage digital marketing tools, engage directly with potential partners, and participate in educational fairs and seminars to support recruitment efforts. Student Recruitment: Lead targeted recruitment campaigns to attract international students from South India. Utilize CRM strategies to manage prospective student inquiries and optimize conversion rates from inquiry to application and enrolment. Participate in educational fairs and seminars across South India, driving brand awareness and recruitment efforts. Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions and academic teams to streamline application processes and ensure a seamless transition for international students. Collaborate with internal departments to deliver a consistent and positive experience for prospective students. Reporting, Analytics, and Operational Excellence: Establish a robust reporting system to measure the effectiveness of recruitment and partnership strategies. Provide regular updates to senior management, offering insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis. Manage student admissions processes with the Admissions department to ensure smooth and timely application processing. Produce detailed reports and presentations for management meetings, focusing on pipelines, conversion rates, and performance metrics. Administer agent accounts, track performance, and optimize recruitment strategies to meet goals. Conduct training sessions and mock interviews to ensure prospective students are well-prepared for the application process. Qualifications and Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in international student recruitment or business development within the higher education sector, with a proven track record of meeting recruitment targets. Knowledge: Strong understanding of global higher education systems, admissions processes, and student visa regulations. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to design and execute effective recruitment strategies. Results-driven, with a focus on achieving enrolment goals and measurable outcomes. Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with student recruitment platforms is an advantage. Fluency in English and one or more South Indian languages (e.g., Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) is essential for effective communication with students and stakeholders. Willingness to travel domestically as required.
