Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Unit Head in the Pre Engineered Building Division located in Rajkot. The Business Unit Head will be responsible for leading the development, management, and execution of Pre-Engineered Building projects, overseeing business growth strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. Qualifications Experience in business development, project management, and customer relationship management Should be able to run business independetly and lead as a profit centre. able to built team from scratch for PEB unit. Accute working Knowledge of Pre-Engineered Building design, manufacturing, and installation processes Strong leadership and team building and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze market trends and develop business growth strategies Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Experience in the construction industry is a MUST Relavent experience in pre engineering business for 12+ years.
