The Creative Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end workflow of video projects, from conceptualization to final delivery. You will act as the key liaison between video production teams, freelancers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and on-time project execution. This role requires strong project management skills, creative sensibility, and the ability to align video production goals with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Develop and oversee production timelines, ensuring all video projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordination & Communication: Serve as the central point of contact between in-house teams, freelancers, agencies, and company stakeholders (marketing, product, sales, etc.). Creative Oversight: Ensure projects meet brand and creative standards while maintaining consistency across all deliverables. Resource Management: Identify and onboard freelancers, vendors, and production agencies as needed for various projects. Requirements & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in project management within a video production, creative agency, or media environment. Strong knowledge of video production workflows, content creation, and post-production processes. Experience working with freelancers, production agencies, and internal creative teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ) and communication platforms (Slack, Teams). Strong understanding of brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, and video content strategy. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and stakeholder management.
