Job Overview: We are looking for a results-oriented Manager - Strategic Alliances to manage 45-60 colleges within their assigned territory. This is a field-based role, requiring frequent college visits to build relationships, execute events, and manage lead generation. The SAM will also use the organization’s digital solution to track activities, manage leads, and report on outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • College Account Management: Manage relationships with 45-60 colleges in the assigned territory. Conduct 3 college visits per day for 15-17 days each month to meet with key stakeholders and foster engagement. In the months when colleges are closed – SAM will nurture & develop relationships with 30 lead providers in his territory • Event Planning & Execution: Organize and execute seminars, webinars, and counseling desks at partner colleges to promote study abroad programs. Allocate 5 days per month for larger meetings and seminars at key institutions. • Lead Generation, validation & FCI Follow-up: Capture leads from student engagements during events and ensure timely follow-up. Use digital tools to manage and track leads, reporting progress from capture to closure. Use innovative methods or technological tools to validate leads – follow 3 stage validation method & pass on only qualified leads to branch offices Work closely with branch offices to ensure leads are attended to quickly – converted to app & finally FCI. • Use of Digital Solutions: Utilize the organization’s digital platform/ app to manage college accounts, record account details, plan events, track daily activities, and generate reports. Maintain accurate data on college who ‘who, college interactions, meeting outcomes, event booked, event outcomes, and lead status. • Reporting & Feedback: Provide regular updates on field activities, including visits, meetings, events, lead generation, and closures. Identify and communicate potential opportunities for improving college partnerships. Key Skills & Requirements: Experience: 3-5 years in key account management, sales, or relationship management, preferably in the education sector. Territory Management: Proven ability to manage a specific territory and build relationships with educational institutions. Event Management: Experience in organizing events, such as seminars or webinars, within academic settings. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using digital tools for account management, event scheduling, lead tracking, and reporting. Travel: Willingness to spend 15-17 days per month in the field visiting colleges and attending events. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
