About the role As the Finishing Head – Quality, you will play a critical role in ensuring the flawless execution of high-end finishes across multiple prestigious projects. You will define and implement quality standards, conduct site visits, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to maintain the highest standards of excellence in the finishing process. With a focus on material quality, installation methodologies and customer handovers, your leadership will ensure that each project meets international best practices and delivers defect-free, luxurious results. Key responsibilities Finishing quality assurance and execution excellence Define and implement finishing quality standards, checklists and best practices across projects Conduct site visits and root cause analysis for finishing-related quality issues Ensure high-quality execution of interior finishes, including flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, doors and façade elements Drive excellence in construction finishing material quality and installation methodologies Interdisciplinary coordination Collaborate with Design, RCC, structural and MEP teams to ensure finishing quality is not compromised due to design or execution conflicts Develop and implement stage-gate reviews to ensure quality at critical finishing milestones Work closely with design, procurement and execution teams to address finishing-related challenges proactively Material selection and installation excellence Evaluate and approve materials such as stone, tiles, paints, veneers, laminates, glass, metal finishes and modular fit-outs for compliance with design and durability standards Develop and standardise vendor qualification criteria for finishing material suppliers Customer experience and handovers Establish protocols for customer flat handovers, ensuring defect-free delivery Work with project and CC teams to address customer concerns related to finishing quality. Approval of punch lists Who are we looking for? Education: B. Tech in Architecture (preferred) or B.E. in Civil Engineering Experience: 20-25 years of hands-on experience in finishing execution, quality assurance, preferably in high-end projects like luxury hotels, malls, residential towers, convention centers and airports Expertise in high-end finishing materials and their application Experience in coordinating finishing activities with design, MEP, RCC and structural teams Skills: In-depth knowledge of finishing installation techniques and defect prevention Strong customer handover processes and defect rectification skills Experience in vendor evaluation and management for finishing materials and workmanship Ability to bring in global best practices in finishing execution and quality control Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to drive team performance and cross-functional coordination Ability to develop and deliver training programs on finishing execution standards, using structured training modules and films What’s in it for you?
