About our Client: Our client is an artisanal coffee and bakehouse brand dedicated to quality, innovation, and showcasing Indian-grown coffee. With a strong emphasis on ethical sourcing and fostering relationships with local farmers, they craft specialty coffees and freshly baked goods using a blend of traditional techniques and modern approaches. Known for vibrant branding and thoughtfully designed spaces, they aim to deliver a unique and authentic experience to coffee enthusiasts. Responsibilities: ● Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives and contribute to the organization’s success. ● Oversee workforce planning and onboarding processes to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles. ● Lead and support organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to new processes and technologies. ● Utilize HR analytics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving HR strategies and processes. ● Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry standards, while mitigating HR-related risks. ● Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction. ● Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units ● Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. ● Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Requirements: ● Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR preferably from Retail / F&B / Hospitality background ● Excellent people management skills ● Analytical and goal oriented ● Demonstrable experience with HR operations ● Thorough knowledge of labor legislation ● Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
