Job Title: Client Servicing Content Specialist Location: Mumbai, India Experience: 5-6 years in Client Servicing and Business Development, preferably in event content and digital films Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a Client Servicing Content Specialist to manage client relationships and oversee the execution of high-quality video projects, with a strong focus on event content. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, project coordination, and creative collaboration to ensure seamless delivery of corporate documentaries, testimonial films, animated explainers, and other digital content. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management  Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and objectives  Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle  Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback Project Coordination  Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and quotes based on client requirements  Create project timelines, budgets, and production schedules  Ensure clear communication between clients and the production team Requirement Analysis  Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand project objectives  Provide strategic recommendations based on industry insights and audience understanding Project Execution  Oversee video project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards  Provide regular updates to clients and address any project concerns Client Presentations  Develop and deliver presentations to showcase creative concepts and proposed solutions  Incorporate client feedback and refine proposals accordingly Quality Assurance  Review final video content to ensure alignment with client expectations  Continuously strive to improve project quality and overall client satisfaction Upselling and Cross-Selling  Identify opportunities to offer additional video services to existing clients  Propose innovative content ideas that align with the client’s branding and marketing strategy Market Research  Stay updated on industry trends and emerging video technologies to provide innovative solutions Financial Management  Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines  Manage client invoicing and follow up on payments as required Post-Project Follow-Up  Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement What We’re Looking For  5-6 years of experience in client servicing and business development within the event content and digital film industry  Strong understanding of event-based storytelling and video production processes  Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills  Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams  Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and drive business growth
