Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1+ years in Business Development Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services in the UK and USA markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the staffing and recruitment industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for RPO services in the UK and USA markets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers in potential client organizations. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities in recruitment and staffing. Present and pitch RPO solutions to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients. Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing models to secure profitable deals. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility. Maintain and update CRM records, tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversion rates. Key Requirements: Proven experience in business development. Strong understanding of business models and industry trends in both regions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, set priorities, and drive business growth initiatives. Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and business intelligence tools. Experience in cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach for lead generation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field .
