Role: Talent Sourcer Desired Experience: 1 to 6 Years Locations: Pan India (including tier-2 cities) Educational qualification: MBA (full time)/ B.Tech What You’ll Do • Act as a strategic partner to key hiring managers, align recruitment efforts with business goals to fulfill critical talent needs • Close critical roles within the designated Turnaround Time (TAT), ensuring timely recruitment for high-priority positions • Deploy various sourcing techniques including social media platforms and Boolean searches • Expand the use of job portals such as , LinkedIn, etc to maximize recruitment reach • Lineup candidates for recruitment drives, accelerating hiring process for bulk recruitment needs • Specialize in headhunting for niche skills, identify top-tier candidates for hard-to-fill roles • Manage relationships with multiple hiring vendors, ensuring timely support and quality candidates for hard-to-fill positions Your Superpowers • You create interest among potential candidates to drive talent to the organization • You can build relationships and a good network to enable a strong pipeline of candidates • Effectively headhunt from competitors for critical positions of the organization Mandatory Requirements (How to generate your EPCN) EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview.
