In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while working closely with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies. Source and attract top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Negotiate job offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, tracking key hiring metrics. Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in technical hiring. Requirements: 4-8 years of experience in technical recruiting with a strong understanding of various technologies, programming languages, and frameworks. Proven experience managing the full hiring lifecycle within fast-growing startups. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring best practices. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align hiring strategies with business objectives. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment tools.
