Ridhira Living aims to create sustainable, community-driven, and experience-centric developments that integrate nature, wellness, and modern living.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Architect with a specialization in Urban Planning to lead the design and execution of innovative, sustainable, and high-quality real estate projects at Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and delivering architectural solutions that align with the company's vision for premium residential and hospitality developments.Key Responsibilities:Architectural Design & Planning:Develop innovative master plans, layouts, and architectural designs for hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments.Integrate urban planning principles to enhance spatial functionality, sustainability, and community engagement.Conduct feasibility studies, site analysis, and environmental impact assessments.Collaborate with project managers, civil engineers, landscape architects, and consultants to ensure cohesive design execution.Utilize advanced design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, etc.) to create detailed drawings and 3D models.Urban Planning & Development:Develop strategies for land use planning, infrastructure, and zoning compliance.Ensure adherence to local and international urban planning regulations and best practices.Implement green building strategies, smart city concepts, and sustainable development initiatives.Assess and optimize traffic flow, pedestrian accessibility, and public space design.Project Coordination & Execution:Lead design presentations and communicate architectural concepts to stakeholders.Coordinate with government bodies for approvals, permits, and compliance with zoning laws.Work closely with procurement and construction teams to ensure design integrity during execution.Oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards.Sustainability & Innovation:Promote environmentally friendly architectural solutions and energy-efficient designs.Implement innovative materials, technologies, and smart city solutions in urban planning.Focus on resilient infrastructure and climate-adaptive urban development.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.8+ years of experience in architecture and urban planning, preferably in hospitality, residential, or mixed-use developments.Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, GIS, and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and urban development regulations.Experience in sustainability practices such as LEED, IGBC, or other green building standards.Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Preferred Experience:Experience in hospitality and real estate projects, particularly in master planning and large-scale developments.Familiarity with smart city planning and new-age urban development technologies.Strong portfolio showcasing architectural and urban planning projects.Please share portfolio with cv at Whatts app-7386688223 Share cv at anusha@ / Whatts app-7386688223 Intrested candidates please fill below detailsand share via whattsapp, must complete below DISC Assessment and General Aptitude Test.
