With a strong presence in the industry, ORI Group is expanding its operations and is seeking a dynamic, results-driven COO to lead and optimize business operations across all verticals.Position OverviewThe Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing efficiencies, and ensuring sustainable growth across all business units under ORI Group. The COO will collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute business strategies, enhance operational processes, and ensure profitability and scalability.Key Responsibilities1. Business & Operations Strategy• Develop and execute long-term operational strategies aligned with ORI Group’s business goals and growth vision.• Work closely with the GMD and Board of Directors to drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and strategic expansion.• Oversee and align P&L, budgets, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple business units.• Identify new business opportunities, joint ventures, strategic acquisitions and partnerships to expand ORI Group’s footprint.2. Manufacturing & Supply Chain Optimization• Lead contract manufacturing operations to improve productivity, cost-efficiency, and quality standards.• Oversee overall business operations to ensure cost control and service excellence.• Ensure smooth commissioning and operationalization of new plants and infrastructure projects.3. Process Improvement & Technology Implementation• Drive process automation, digital transformation, and ERP integration to enhance operational efficiencies.• Identify and implement technology-driven solutions• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.4. Financial & Performance Management• Ensure strong financial discipline by tracking key operational and financial metrics (OEE, EBITDA, ROI, cost per unit, etc.).• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve margins across all business verticals.• Evaluate MIS reporting and data-driven decision-making.5. Leadership & People Management• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams across all operational divisions.• Establish and drive a performance-based culture, setting clear KPIs and ensuring accountability.• Oversee HR policies, employee engagement, and leadership development programs to retain top talent.• Foster a collaborative, high-growth, and execution-driven work environment.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Revenue Growth & Profitability: EBITDA, cost savings, operational margins.• Operational Efficiency: OEE, downtime reduction, supply chain optimization.• Brand Satisfaction: On-time delivery, quality control, contract renewals.• People Management: Employee retention, leadership development, performance metrics.• Business Expansion: New partnerships, market expansion, strategic growth.- Stakeholders Relations: Maintain relations with key internal and external stakeholders for growth of the Group.Qualifications & Experience• Experience: 20+ years in senior leadership roles in FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics.• Proven experience in leading multi-unit operations, scaling businesses, and driving P&L improvements.• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.• Experience in ERP, digital transformation, and process automation is a plus.
