Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, real estate marketing, and social media algorithms to create content that stands out. Use advanced motion graphics, visual effects (VFX), color grading, and sound design to elevate video quality. Work closely with content creators, videographers, and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life. Optimize videos for maximum engagement, virality, and lead generation by adding compelling CTAs, subtitles, and animations. Analyze video performance metrics and adjust editing styles to improve watch time and audience retention. Qualification: 3-6 years of professional experience in video editing and post-production. Mastery of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Cap Cut (for social media quick edits), and Motion Graphics software . Expertise in color grading, transitions, speed ramping, and cinematic effects . Strong knowledge of real estate marketing trends, luxury property showcasing, and investor-centric content . Ability to edit high-paced, engaging, and trend-driven videos for short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) and long-form YouTube videos. Experience with drone footage editing, hyperlapse, and slow-motion techniques to create visually stunning real estate showcases. Proficiency in sound design, audio editing, and background scoring to enhance the viewing experience. Knowledge of social media algorithms to tailor videos for maximum reach and engagement.
