Job Description

Role & Responsibilities : 1) Sales and Margin Management: • Ensure Cipy products Sales pipeline for specific segment country level and define priority projects for the regions to work on. • Ensure achievement of sales objective at at country level (value, product, region wise, new/focus product) • Design and drive the sales strategies of partner applicators /customers • Identify and implement the DCPD module as per the plan • Implement remedial action plans for under- performing segments/ region •Identify the critical/burning issues of the region affecting sales & take remedial action • Responsible for the achieving the budgeted margins for the segments on country basis.2) Key Account Management: • Basis the strategy ensure engagement with high value customers to achieve larger share of business • Personally, build active business relationship with select high value key accounts country level for specific segment.3) Receivable Management: • Ensure receivables of the customers and applicators are managed as per defined criteria. • Plan interventions with large customers where receivables are slow. • Ensure proper implementation of commercial policies.4) Applicator/Channel Management: • Ensure the right set of partner applicators and distributors are on board. • Engage with them to ensure that they have a growth road map.5) Market Connect / In sighting: • Carry out field visits and interact with RMs, influencers, consultants, contractors and high value customers - Collect feedback on all aspects of the business competition activities, etc. • Identify success stories and replicate in other parts of the zone. Also share with HO for replication in other parts of India.• Monitor the progress and performance of new product launches.6) Competition Fighting and Counter actions • Jointly create competition fighting strategies in co-ordination with HO, Partner applicators and PLUB and One-Pidilite team. • Enhance the key account management with customers and their connected stakeholdersSPECIFIC CANDIDATE PROFILE (Key competence / attributes needed for the role)FLOORING EXPERIENCE OR COATING Sales experiencePresentation skillsGood CFT working abilityMobility
