Overall responsibility for Maintenance activities across the Plant.Contribute towards creating and implement the best manufacturing practice, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performanceEnsure that Plant processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of costs, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function effectively.Take ownership of the Production and Maintenance policies, guidelines and any associated documentsInitiate and develop creative and innovative manufacturing processesLead, develop and implement variable cost & productivity programs across all areas of responsibility in the Plants.Develop and manage master production schedule and achieve the Daily/weekly/Monthly Production and Maintenance targets on a consistent basis.Plan and execute maintenance activity to ensure plant is kept safe and compliantDrive improvements in reliability for key aspects of machinery by best planned maintenance strategyEnsure that Environmental, Health and Safety, manufacturing and quality standards and procedures are adhered to.Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing performance of direct reportsProvide leadership to departments under control and coach, mentor and develop direct reports and manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement, added value and cost reductionsEnsure strong communication between teams under leadership to facilitate exchange of information and in order to implement change and improvements
