Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Candidate Identification: UtilizeLinkedIn Recruiterand advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray searches, job boards) to proactively identify and engage senior-level candidates for bothtechnical(e.g., Technical Architects, Project Managers, IT Professionals) andsales(e.g., Senior Sales Executives, Sales Directors) roles within the EMEA region. Candidate Screening: Conduct thoroughpre-screeningof candidates by evaluating their resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and initial qualifications. Engage in detailed conversations to assess technical expertise, experience, and cultural fit for senior roles. Engagement of Passive Talent: Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates, keeping them engaged and interested in senior-level job opportunities. Utilize personalized and compelling messaging to attract high-quality candidates. Support Senior Recruiters & Hiring Managers: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand the unique requirements for senior technical and sales roles. Refine and adjust sourcing strategies to align with the evolving needs of the business. Managing Candidate Pipelines: Create and maintain a robust pipeline of senior candidates for future roles, ensuring that all candidates are tracked and managed efficiently through the sourcing stage. Provide hiring teams with a regular flow of qualified profiles. Market Intelligence & Insights: Stay up-to-date with market trends and talent pools, particularly in technical IT and senior sales leadership roles within the EMEA region. Provide insights on candidate availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities. LinkedIn Expertise: UseLinkedIn Recruiterextensively for candidate outreach, researching, and building talent pipelines. Apply advanced LinkedIn features (e.g., InMail, Job Slots, LinkedIn Groups) to maximize candidate engagement. Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with the recruitment team to share sourcing results, candidate feedback, and market insights. Report on sourcing metrics and contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: At least3 years of experienceinsourcing and screeningsenior-level candidates fortechnical ITandsales support roles , with a particular focus on theEMEA market . Proven ability to source senior-level candidates in a highly competitive market. LinkedIn Recruiter Expertise: Advanced proficiency inLinkedIn Recruiter , with a deep understanding of how to leverage its features for sourcing senior talent. Experience with Boolean search, InMail campaigns, and LinkedIn job posts. Technical & Sales Role Understanding: Strong understanding oftechnical roles(e.g., Technical Architects, Project Managers, Software Engineers) andsales leadership roles(e.g., Senior Sales Executives, Sales Directors). Familiarity with industry terminology and skills required for these positions. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to engage with senior-level candidates and present job opportunities effectively. Ability to conduct meaningful conversations to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role. Proactive & Results-Oriented: Strong ability to work independently and proactively. Ability to manage sourcing priorities, ensure timely candidate delivery, and meet deadlines.
