The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, compliance, taxation, budgeting, cost control, and overall financial health of the company. This role requires strong expertise in finance and accounting, particularly within the hotels, restaurants, or catering industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Financial Planning & Budgeting:- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals. - Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making. - Conduct financial risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies.2. Financial Reporting & Compliance:- Ensure accurate financial reporting, MIS preparation, and variance analysis. - Manage P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. - Oversee statutory compliance including GST, TDS, corporate tax, and other regulatory requirements. - Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.3. Cost Control & Profitability Optimization:- Monitor operational expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives. - Conduct financial analysis and benchmarking to optimize profitability. - Evaluate supplier contracts and procurement costs to improve efficiency.4. Cash Flow & Treasury Management:- Ensure efficient cash flow management for smooth business operations. - Manage vendor payments, payroll processing, and financial reconciliations. - Monitor banking transactions, loan management, and fund allocations.5.
